About the Chiropractors

Joseph Arkle BSc MChiro DC

Joseph is a compassionate Chiropractor dedicated to helping people of all ages and walks of life achieve optimal physical health and therefore enhance their quality of life. He trained at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, where he was awarded a Masters of Chiropractic with Distinction. Prior to that he completed a degree in Biology at the University of Sheffield and has worked as a Technical Instructor with the Physiotherapy Service at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Joseph is a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors and the British Chiropractic Association and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council. He also practices at Bovey Tracey Chiropractic Clinic.

He is married to Rosanna, a GP in South Devon, and they have two young sons. In his spare time Joseph enjoys the great outdoors whether it be running, cycling, or walking his energetic golden retriever Mollie.

Sue Moore BSc (Chiro) RGN DC

Before becoming a chiropractor Sue worked as an ITU nurse. Since that time she has been working as a chiropractor for 10 years, working with people and more recently with animals. She gained a 1st class degree at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and then completed the IVCA course to qualify to treat animals. In her practice she uses traditional diversified technique and also SOT, a gentler method of chiropractic treatment that is especially effective at treating disc problems and for patients wanting a more gentle approach to care. Sue is registered with the British Chiropractic Association and the General Chiropractic Council.
